 1 1/2 cups cooked green beans
 Mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2 ounces grated Swiss cheese, divided
 Herbs1/2 Teaspoon, dried
 1/4 cup tomato sauce, no sugar added
 1 slice enriched white bread, made into crumbs
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a 3-cup ovenproof casserole layer cooked green beans, mushrooms, 1 1/2 ounces cheese, and herbs.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with tomato sauce.
Combine remaining cheese and crumbs; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350°F.
for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
