Green Beans Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups cooked green beans | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2 ounces grated Swiss cheese, divided | ||
| Herbs | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 1/4 cup tomato sauce, no sugar added | ||
| 1 slice enriched white bread, made into crumbs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a 3-cup ovenproof casserole layer cooked green beans, mushrooms, 1 1/2 ounces cheese, and herbs.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with tomato sauce.
Combine remaining cheese and crumbs; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350°F.
for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
