Ingredients

 Green beans -2 1/2 cups (one 1-pound, 4-ounce can), cut
 Whole onions -2 1/2 cups (one 1-pound, 4-ounce can)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, drain out the liquid from the beans and onions and allow to reduce by one half.
2) Mix in the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
3) If using, add the pimiento.
4) Heat and serve.

SERVING
5) Dot with butter and serve.
