Green Beans And Onion Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans package | 4 , frozen | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet onion | 1 | |
| Salad oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each salt and oregano | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 2 tablespoons each white wine vinegar and lemon juice | ||
Directions
Cook beans in water until tender; drain.
Thinly slide onion and add to beans.
Combine salad oil, salt, oregano, and pepper; pour over beans and onions.
Refrigerate the salad overnight or until well chilled.
Just before serving, stir in vinegar and lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly.
Spoon into serving dish, draining off most of the marinade.
