Green Beans And Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 2 Pound | |
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Shallots | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp. Dash seasoning | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Creole seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Pound, trimmed | |
| 2 Tbsp. Lea and Perrins Worcestershire for Chicken | ||
Directions
Trim ends from green beans; break into smaller pieces if desired.
Steam in chicken stock until crisp tender.
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and shallots; cook for about 1 minute.
Add herbs and seasonings, and saute another 30 seconds; then add mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.
Continue to saute for about 3 to 4 minutes, then add steamed green beans.
Toss together and serve.
