Ingredients

 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Peanut oil3 Tablespoon
 1 pound green beans, washed, trimmed, and cut into 2-inch pieces
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

In a large skillet, saute garlic in oil until lightly browned.
Remove garlic and discard.
Add green beans and stir fry over high heat until tender yet still crisp.
Add soy sauce and sugar, blending well.
Continue to cook until heated through.
