Green Bean Tart Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 refrigerated pie crust or pastry for single-crust pie | ||
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup Mix | ||
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup grated Swiss or white Cheddar cheese | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| 8 ounces fresh green beans, cooked and drained | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
On lightly floured cookie sheet, unfold pie crust.
Fold crust edges over 1 inch to form rim.
Brush with egg yolk beaten with water.
Bake 9 minutes; set aside.
In medium bowl, blend vegetable soup mix, milk, cheese and 1 egg.
Arrange green beans on prepared crust; evenly pour soup mixture over beans.
Bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden and egg is set.
