Green Bean Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb/250 g ground pork/beef | ||
| Beans | 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 onion, coarsely chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot red pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a fry pan and place it on high heat.
2) Add pork to it and brown well.
3) Add the garlic, ginger and onion to it.
4) Make a paste of vinegar and cornstarch and add soy sauce and sesame oil to it.
5) Add finger length pieces of beans to it.
6) Season with salt and toss the contents properly.
SERVING
7) Serve just after tossing.
TIPS
The salt added before tossing helps in retaining the green color of the beans.
