Ingredients

 Green beans1 1/2 Pound, cooked, drained
 1 medium-size red onion, peeled and sliced thin
 Dried tarragon2 Tablespoon, minced (Dressing:)

 2 teaspoons prepared spicy brown mustard
 Ketchup1 Tablespoon (Dressing:)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing:)
 Pepper1 Pinch (Dressing:)
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:)
 3 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar

Directions

Place beans and onion in a large bowl.
Blend together dressing ingredients, pour over beans and onion, and toss to mix.
Cover and let stand at room temperature about 1 hour.
Toss again and serve.
