Savory Green Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 1 1/2 Pound, cooked, drained | |
| 1 medium-size red onion, peeled and sliced thin | ||
| Dried tarragon | 2 Tablespoon, minced (Dressing:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Dressing:) | |
| 2 teaspoons prepared spicy brown mustard | ||
| Ketchup | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch (Dressing:) | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:) | |
| 3 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar | ||
Directions
Place beans and onion in a large bowl.
Blend together dressing ingredients, pour over beans and onion, and toss to mix.
Cover and let stand at room temperature about 1 hour.
Toss again and serve.
