Ingredients

 1/2 cup each thinly sliced onion and red bell pepper strips
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Green beans2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Macaroni1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
 Italian1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash

Directions

1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine onion, bell pepper, oil, and garlic and stir to coat; microwave on High (100%) for 3 minutes, until bell pepper is tender-crisp, stirring once halfway through cooking.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
