 Green beans3/4 pound, trimmed
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup low calorie mayonnaise
 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Dijon style Mustard1 Tablespoon
 2 cups fresh mushroom slices
 Red bell pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 3/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
 Black pepper1 Dash

Directions

To Microwave: Cut beans into 1 1/2 inch pieces; place in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe dish.
Add water; cover.
Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 5 to 6 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender, stirring halfway through cooking; drain.
Cover beans with ice water to stop further cooking; set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, oil and mustard in large bowl; mix well.
Add drained beans, mushrooms, red pepper and basil; mix lightly.
Cover; refrigerate several hours.
Season with black pepper
