Greek Style Burgers Recipe
|Peeled seeded chopped cucumber||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
In a medium mixing bowl combine egg and the 2 tablespoons yogurt.
Stir in bread crumbs, the chopped onion, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add meat; mix well.
Shape meat mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
Arrange patties on the cooking grill.
Grill 11 to 12 minutes or till well-done, turning once halfway through grilling time.
Meanwhile, wrap pita bread rounds in foil and heat on the edge of the cooking grill just till warm.
Place meat patties in warmed pita rounds.
Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.
Spoon yogurt sauce on top.
