Recipe Story

This is a recipe I thought up one day riding my motorcycle - I stopped by the store on the way home - made it and it turned out very good. You could use a regular sweet bell pepper if you don't have the sweet bannana peppers I used. You can also add rice to the dish if that turns you on. Use the video as a basis then make it to your taste! Nikko

Mix everything but the peppers in a bowl well. Snip off the top of the peppers down about 1/2 inch also snip off a small piece from the bottom. Slowly work the mixture into the peppers. Leave a smidgen of room at the top and the bottom for it to expand (If you using a regualr bell pepper just fill it up). Lightly oil a glass dish and put in the peppers. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for an hour. When they are finished slide off the skin of the pepper (it will come off easily) and enjoy.

Editors Review

Greek peppers have a sweet taste and sometimes even called as Sweet peppers. They are ideal for salads and but here we have a special dish by our chef. Stuffed Greek Peppers is his very own creation that could be your complete meal. Peppers are stuffed with meat, use any of your favorite meat. The recipe is very versatile, you can even add rice to it if you like and use a mixture of meats instead of one.
