An easy to make healthy Greek salad. This salad combined with a chunk of bread this is a meal in itself. A good meal idea for when you are a little lazy to cook.

This recipe is from a cook book. I loved it because I don't have to cook anything. It tastes good and I have all the ingredients at hand to make it when ever.

Ingredients

 Romaine lettuce head1
 Cucumber1⁄2 , halved lengthwise
 Tomatoes4
 Scallions8
 Onions1 Large, cut into rings
 Feta cheese4 Ounce
 White wine vinegar5 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Tear the lettuce. Place it in a bowl. Add the cucumbers and tomaotes cut into wdges.
Slice the scallions and add to the bowl. Toss well.Add the onions.
Cube the cheese and add to the salad. In another bowl combine the oil, vinegar salt and pepper and whick together. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
Serve at once
