Ingredients
1 lbs. tube pasta
1 lbs. ground top sirloin of beef
4 oz. butter
2 oz. sherry
1 onion, diced
3 oz. tomato paste
1 oz. ground cinnamon
1 gallon milk
05 eggs
Directions
Stage1-Saute onions. Add ground meat to onions and saute.
Stage2- Strain meat or juices. Add to fire again and deglaze with sherry.
Stage3-Add tomato product. Add 1 1/2 cups of beef stock.
Stage4-Season with salt and pepper and powdered cinnamon.
Stage5-Cook meat again for about 15 minutes.
