 1 /2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
 Red onion1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (SAUCE)
 Cucumber1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (SAUCE)
 BURGERS
 1 lb lean ground turkey
 1 /2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
 Oregano leaves1 Teaspoon, dried (SAUCE)
 Garlic powder1 /2 Teaspoon (SAUCE)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (SAUCE)
 Pepper1 /2 Teaspoon (SAUCE)
 Whole wheat hamburger buns4 (SAUCE)

Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2 Set the oven control to broil.

MAKING
3 In a medium bowl mix all burger ingredients except buns.Shape the mixture into patties each about 1/2 inch thick and 5 inches in diameter.Place on the rack in a broiler pan.
4 Broil the patties with tops about 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 degrees farenheit. Place the patties on buns.

SERVING
5 Serve with sauce.
