Ingredients

 Red potatoes9 Ounce
 Red bell pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Scallions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Black olives6
 Red wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Water1 Tablespoon
 Dill1 Tablespoon
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Oregano leaves1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Feta cheese1 Ounce, crumbled

Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium sized serving bowl, add the potatoes, bell pepper, scallions and olives. Mix well.
2) In another small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, except cheese.
3) Over the potato mixture in the bowl, pour this and toss well.

SERVING
4) Serve the Greek Style Potato Salad immediately, sprinkled with cheese.
