Greek Style Chicken with Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced in strips | ||
| ¾ to 1 cup olive oil | ||
| Lemons | 2 , juiced | |
| Red pepper flakes | 2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Thyme | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Skewers | ||
| 6 oz Greek Yogurt, substitution: sour cream | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon (Tzatziki Sauce:) | |
| 2 tbls cucumber, minced and juices squeezed out as much as possible | ||
| Cumin | 1 Teaspoon (Tzatziki Sauce:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), grated (Tzatziki Sauce:) | |

Directions
In a shallow dish soak the wooden skewers for 10-15 minutes.
Slice up chicken breast and set aside. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes, thyme, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper into a shallow dish and whisk together. Add in the sliced chicken breast and let marinate for 10 minutes.
While chicken is marinating combine all the tzatziki sauce ingredients into a bowl. Stir to combine and place in fridge until the chicken is ready to serve.
Skewer the chicken and place on a preheated and pre oiled griddle over a medium-high heat. Cook on first side for 7 minutes or until browned and flip and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through.
Take chicken off the griddle and serve with the tzatziki sauce! Enjoy!
