Greek Sausage Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground pork | 2 Pound | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Shredded cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Anise flavoring, hot pepper flakes, salt and black pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Combine ground pork, ground beef, wine, parsley, cheese, orange rind, anise flavoring, pepper flakes, salt and black pepper in bowl; mix well.
Shape into small balls.
Arrange on rack in broiler pan.
Broil for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve hot.
