Ingredients

 Ground pork2 Pound
 Ground beef1 pound
 Wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Shredded cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange rind2 Tablespoon, grated
 Anise flavoring, hot pepper flakes, salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat broiler.
Combine ground pork, ground beef, wine, parsley, cheese, orange rind, anise flavoring, pepper flakes, salt and black pepper in bowl; mix well.
Shape into small balls.
Arrange on rack in broiler pan.
Broil for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve hot.
