 Feta Cheese - 6 ounces, chopped into small pieces
 Ripe tomatoes6
 Cucumber - 1/2 a ridge
 Onion - 1 medium, cut into rings
 Black olives2 Ounce
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Lemon - 1 small, cut into quarters
 Salt To Taste
 Ground pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a large salad bowl, combine the cheese cucumber, onion and olives
2) Add the salt and pepper to taste

SERVING
3) Drizzle in the oil just before serving
4) Garnish with lemon quarters and serve
