Greek Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 3 , chopped | |
| Cucumbers | 2 , sliced | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/2 To taste, sliced | |
| Onion | 1/2 , chopped | |
| Radishes | 4 , sliced | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon dried-leaf oregano | ||
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Feta cheese | 1 Ounce, crumbled | |
| Lettuce leaves, torn in bite-size pieces | ||
| Black greek olives | 12 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a large bowl and place all the ingredients in it.
2. Mix well.
3. Place in the refrigerator to chill till served.
SERVING
4. Serve beside French Bread slices.
