Greek Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 2 , sliced | |
| 1 small box cherry tomatoes | ||
| 1 onion, finely sliced into rings | ||
| 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips | ||
| 200 g/6 1/2 oz feta cheese, cut into 2 cm/3/4 in cubes | ||
| Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon, squeezed | |
Directions
1. Arrange cucumber, tomato, onion, green pepper and cheese in a salad bowl.
2. Pour over combined olive oil, pepper and lemon juice, chill until ready to serve.
