Ingredients

 Cos lettuce1
 Radishes10 , sliced
 250 g/8 oz Feta cheese, cut into cubes
 Marjoram2 Tablespoon, chopped
 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
 Anchovies6 , finely chopped
 6 black olives, halved and stoned
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 White wine vinegar1 1/2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Chives1 Teaspoon, chopped (Dressing)
 Lemon thyme2 Teaspoon, chopped (Dressing)
 Onions spring4 , finely chopped (Dressing)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Black pepper salt1 To taste (Dressing)

Directions

Arrange the lettuce pieces in a large salad bowl.
Scatter over the radishes and pile the cheese cubes in the centre.
Sprinkle with the marjoram.
Arrange the tomato slices in a ring around the edge, overlapping them, and top with the anchovies and olives.
Put all the dressing ingredients in a screwtop jar, with salt and pepper to taste, and shake well to mix.
Pour this dressing over the salad and sprinkle over the parsley.
Serve immediately.
