|Garlic cloves||2 , minced|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon (fresh oregano - 2 teaspoon)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|For the salad|
|Romaine lettuce head||2 , chopped|
|Cucumber||1 Small, chopped (hothouse cucumber)|
|Bell pepper||1 Small, seeds removed and chopped|
|Red onion||1⁄2 , sliced thinly|
|Feta cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled|
|Kalamata olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted|

For the dressing
1. In a bowl, put together garlic, oregano, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and whisk until mixed.
2. While whisking slowly add the olive oil until well combined.
3. In a serving bowl, place the lettuce, sprinkle bell pepper, cucumber, onion, feta cheese and olives.
4. When you are ready to eat, stream the dressing on top.
5. Serve as desired.
