Greek Pizza Snacks Recipe
Ingredients
| English muffins | 4 | |
| Cream cheese package | 1/2 | |
| Canned Chunk Ham or Chicken - 1 (5 ounce), drained | ||
| Dried oregano leaves | 4 | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste, seasoned | |
| Ripe olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Diced Pimentos - 1 jar, pimentos | ||
| Feta or Blue Cheese - 4 ounce, crumbled | ||
| Parsley | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Lemon Wedges - small | ||
| Parsley Sprigs | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400 F
2) Onto a baking sheet, place the muffins with the cut side facing up
MAKING
3) Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese onto the muffin
4) Into a bowl add the ham and using the fork break into small pieces
5) Spoon the ham over the muffin
6) Sprinkle oregano and seasoned pepper
7) Place an olive each and lastly top with pimentos
8) Top with feta and then with parsley
9) Press down the filling or cling wrap and place in the refrigerator
10) Bake in the oven for 12 minutes till these the cheese are slightly melted
11) Using a knife cut the muffins into two
SERVING
12) Serve with a sprig of parsley atop and arrange the muffins onto serving platter
