|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|

|Light spaghetti sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bottled)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||20 Ounce, thawed and well drained (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded low fat monterey jack cheese/Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Crumbled feta cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|

Press bread dough into the prepared pan, forming a 1-inch edge.
Prick dough several times with a fork.
Bake in a 375Â° oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ground beef, onion, and garlic about minutes or until meat is brown.
Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside.
Squeeze all of the liquid from thawed spinach.
Sprinkle the spinach over hot baked crust.
Spoon the meat mixture over spinach.
Sprinkle with tomato, Monterey Jack cheese, and feta cheese.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese golden brown.
Remove from oven.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
