 8 thin slices roast lamb
 4 thick slices large tomato
 4 thin slices sweet onion
 4 Pitas or 8 slices dark rye bread, buttered
 Cucumber1/2 , thinly sliced
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Layer lamb, tomato, onion and cucumbers in pockets of Pitas or on 4 slices of bread.
Top with a dollop of sour cream.
Makes 4 servings.
