Greek Pasta With Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen shrimp | 12 | |
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon, drained, rinsed | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Chopped tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Feta cheese | 1 1/2 Ounce, crumbled | |
| 3 ounces orzo, cooked and drained | ||
Directions
1. Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tail section on.
2. In large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil; add capers and garlic. Saute 1 -2 minutes, until garlic is tender.
3. Add shrimp, tomatoes, oregano and tarragon. Saute 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly, until shrimp become pink and opaque. Remove skillet from heat; stir in feta cheese. Spoon shrimp over orzo; toss to mix well.
