 Onions4 Medium
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 pound Greek olives, coarsely chopped
 Dry white wine2 Tablespoon
 Rosemary leaves2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Cut onions in half lengthwise from top to end. Cut crosswise again making 1/4-inch slices.
2) Fry onion in oil until translucent.
3) Mix remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
