Greek Lamb Baguette Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small baguette, cut lengthways | ||
| Sprinkle olive oil and red wine vinegar | ||
| Pinch dried oregano | ||
| Leftover lamb | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Few slices red pepper and red or white onion | ||
| Shredded lettuce | ||
| Feta | 3 Tablespoon, crumbled | |
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Arrange a cling film. MAKING 2) Season the inside of the baguette with some olive oil, vinegar, seasonings and oregano. FINALIZING 3) Layer the baguette with lamb, vegetable salad and feta. 4) Wrap the baguette in a cling film tightly. SERVING 5) Remove the sling film before serving. Reheat the baguette and serve with sauce of your choice.
