Greek Island Chicken Recipe
Greek Island Chicken is awesome. Just go by the instructions and you have a great Ginger Turkey Stir-Fry dish waiting for you. Ginger Turkey Stir-Fry works out great every time!
Ingredients
| 4 chicken breast halves, skinless | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 To taste, cut into strips | |
| Dried tomato | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pitted black olives | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Lemon | 1 , sliced | |
| Cinnamon | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon, garnish | |
Directions
In large skillet, cook chicken breasts in olive oil over medium heat, about 5 minutes, turning once.
Add onion, garlic and red pepper.
Cook, stirring often, about 4 minutes until onions are limp.
With kitchen shears, halve tomato pieces; stir into skillet with remaining ingredients except parsley.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove cover and cook 5 more minutes until chicken is tender and sauce is slightly reduced.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
