 Cucumber1 Large, peeled
 Natural yogurt8 Fluid Ounce
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Oregano or Dried Oregano - 2 teaspoon chopped or 1 teaspoon
 Salt and White Pepper to taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a muslin cloth, wrap the cucumber and take out all the moisture
2) In a bowl, add the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
3) Check for the seasoning
4) Store the sauce in airtight jars in the refrigerator for up to 3 days

SERVING
5) Serve the sauce as a dressing over assorted greens or as a dip for lamb kebabs.
