Greek Cucumber Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1 Large, peeled | |
| Natural yogurt | 8 Fluid Ounce | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Oregano or Dried Oregano - 2 teaspoon chopped or 1 teaspoon | ||
| Salt and White Pepper to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a muslin cloth, wrap the cucumber and take out all the moisture
2) In a bowl, add the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
3) Check for the seasoning
4) Store the sauce in airtight jars in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
SERVING
5) Serve the sauce as a dressing over assorted greens or as a dip for lamb kebabs.
