| Canned chick-peas (garbanzo beans) - 4 ounces drained | ||
| Tomato | 1 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Cucumber - 1/2 medium, scored and thinly sliced | ||
| Green bell pepper - 1/2 medium, seeded and thinly sliced | ||
| Pitted black olives | 12 | |
| Feta cheese | 2 Ounce, crumbled | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Capers | 2 Teaspoon, drained | |
| White wine vinegar and lemon juice - 1 teaspoon each | ||
| Dill | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Dill sprig | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a medium salad bowl add lettuce, chick-peas, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, and olives.
2) Sprinkle feta cheese over it.
3) Cover and refrigerate to chill.
SERVING
4) Before serving, in a small bowl add remaining ingredients, except dill sprig. Mix thoroughly.
5) Pour the dressing over salad and toss to coat.
6) Spoon into a serving platter and garnish with dill sprig.
