Ingredients

 Lettuce leaves2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Canned chick-peas (garbanzo beans) - 4 ounces drained
 Tomato1 Medium, cut into wedges
 Cucumber - 1/2 medium, scored and thinly sliced
 Green bell pepper - 1/2 medium, seeded and thinly sliced
 Pitted black olives12
 Feta cheese2 Ounce, crumbled
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Capers2 Teaspoon, drained
 White wine vinegar and lemon juice - 1 teaspoon each
 Dill1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Dill sprig

Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium salad bowl add lettuce, chick-peas, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, and olives.
2) Sprinkle feta cheese over it.
3) Cover and refrigerate to chill.

SERVING
4) Before serving, in a small bowl add remaining ingredients, except dill sprig. Mix thoroughly.
5) Pour the dressing over salad and toss to coat.
6) Spoon into a serving platter and garnish with dill sprig.
