Greek Cauliflower Recipe

| Onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley sliced | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cauliflower | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pinch of thyme | ||
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Pinch of coriander | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |

Directions
– In a skillet, heat oil and saute but do not brown carrots, onions, and celery. Add cauliflower and saute for 1 minute,
