Ingredients

 Green beans1 Pound
 Sweet red pepper1 To taste, sliced
 1 small onion, sliced in thin rings
 Cherry tomatoes1/3 Pound
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Oregano1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Black greek olives1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Feta cheese2 Ounce, crumbled
 TAHINI DRESSING
 Olive oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Sesame seed paste2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Granulated Sugar1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Wash beans and remove ends.
Place beans and red pepper in boiling salted water for 1 or 2 minutes.
Place under cold water.
Drain.
Arrange on flat serving dish.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over warm vegetables.
Add sliced onion and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle with parsley and oregano, then garnish with olives and Feta cheese.
