Greek Baked Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Sea bass fish | 4 Pound, dressed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Large onions- 2, thinly sliced | ||
| Medium tomatoes- 3, sliced | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Black greek olives | 12 | |
| Dry white wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F
2. Brush a baking pan with olive oil
MAKING
3. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then place a layer of onions and a layer of tomatoes on the bottom of pan
4. Place fish on top, layer with remaining onions, tomatoes, parsley and olives and add wine to remaining olive oil and pour over fish
5. Sprinkle crumbs on top, cover and bake in a 350° F oven for 45 minutes or until fish is barely firm, basting occasionally with sauce, then uncover it
SERVING
6. Top with lemon slices and serve
