Ingredients

 Sugar3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon sticks2
 Butter1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 1/2 c. cream of wheat
 Toasted almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 c. hot milk
 Almond extract1/4 Teaspoon
 Allspice1/2 Teaspoon
 2 c. Tokay grapes

Directions

Combine sugar, honey, 3 cups water and cinnamon sticks in saucepan; simmer for 15 minutes or until syrupy.
Set aside.
Combine butter, cream of wheat and almonds in large heavy saucepan; saute over low heat until golden, stirring constantly.
Add milk, al- mond extract, allspice and 2 cups of honey syrup; cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring constantly.
Spoon into buttered 5-cup mold; chill.
Simmer re- maining syrup until reduced to about 11/2 cups; remove cinnamon sticks.
Cool syrup.
Halve and seed grapes; add to syrup.
Unmold pudding on platter; Serve with grape mixture.
