 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Nuts2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
 Raisins2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)

Directions

Cream shortening & sugar till light & fluffy.
Stir in eggs, pumpkin & water.
Blend in flour, soda, salt, baking powder & cinnamon.
Stir in nuts & raisins.
Pour into 2 large or 3 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350 deg-F for 60-70 mins. until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
