Great Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 (4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, dry pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the eggs.
Stir together the flour and baking soda and add gradually to the egg mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned; do not overbake.
