For crostini:
 Baguette1 Medium
 Extra virgin olive oil1 Teaspoon
 Salt3 Pinch
 Herbs de provence1 Dash
For tomato and olive bruschetta:
 Grape tomatoes1 Pound, quartered
 Fresh basil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Kalamata olives15 Small, chopped
For chickpea bruschetta:
 Can chickpeas15 Ounce, drained, rinsed, roughly chopped (garbanzo beans)
 Flat-leaf parsley1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
 Balsamic vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 325F.
2) Take baguette and slice it diagonally.

MAKING
Crostini:
3) In a baking pan place single layer of baguette.
4) Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle salt and put generous amount of herbs. Bake it for 12 minutes, until it becomes crispy.
Tomato and Olive Bruschetta:
5) Combined all ingredients, chickpeas, parsley, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper mix them well.

FINALIZING
6) Spread a generous portion of blue cheese on crostini and drop few drops of honey.

SERVING
7) Serve Crostini with tomato and olive bruschetta.
