New Year Crostini and Bruschetta Recipe Video

| Extra virgin olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3 Pinch | |
| Herbs de provence | 1 Dash | |
| For tomato and olive bruschetta: | ||
| Grape tomatoes | 1 Pound, quartered | |
| Fresh basil | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), minced | |
| Kalamata olives | 15 Small, chopped | |
| For chickpea bruschetta: | ||
| Can chickpeas | 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed, roughly chopped (garbanzo beans) | |
| Flat-leaf parsley | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |

Directions
1) Preheat oven at 325F.
2) Take baguette and slice it diagonally.
MAKING
Crostini:
3) In a baking pan place single layer of baguette.
4) Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle salt and put generous amount of herbs. Bake it for 12 minutes, until it becomes crispy.
Tomato and Olive Bruschetta:
5) Combined all ingredients, chickpeas, parsley, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper mix them well.
FINALIZING
6) Spread a generous portion of blue cheese on crostini and drop few drops of honey.
SERVING
7) Serve Crostini with tomato and olive bruschetta.
