Hot Gravy Recipe
This is a recipe fpr a tasty Gravy. You can prepare this at home amd serve it with any Indian Bread. I love this wonderful recipe especially because t was the first few recipes that I learned when I started cooking!
Ingredients
250 gms onion
2 tsps fresh ginger paste
350 gms tomatoes
2 1/2 tsps red chilli powder
5 tbsps ghee
2 tsps white cumin powder
4 green cardamoms, powdered
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsps chopped coriander leaves
4 tsps ground spices
1/2 cup khoya
salt to taste
Directions
Fry ground or chopped onion and garlic until light brown, add salt and water and cook till onion is tender.
Add chopped tomatoes, ginger paste, red chilli powder, ground spices, white cuminseeds, cardamom powder and coriander leaves and stir until it becomes a thick gravy; add khoya and stir for a few minutes.
Add water and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the fire, put fried koftas in the gravy and keep for a few minutes and serve.
