Gravy Recipe
Here is a Gravy recipe that is sure to get you hooked to it!. Gravy gets its taste from Vegetable. I just love Side Dish recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. Stop thinking! Try this Gravy recipe immediately.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 1/2 cups well flavored bouillon juices from a joint
Directions
1 Place the butter in a large jug or a 1.75 litre/3 pint (7 1/2 cup) mixing bowl and microwave on full power for 1 minute.
2 Stir in the flour, salt and pepper, mix well. Microwave on full power for 1/2 minute.
3 Gradually mix in tomato puree (paste) and then all the stock (bouillon).
4 Microwave on full power for 7 minutes, stirring once, half way through cooking, until boiling.
5 Beat well with a balloon whisk. Beat in the meat juices, and serve.
