Easy Grasshopper Pie Recipe
Ingredients
24 marshmallows
1/2 c milk
1/4 c greencreme, de menthe
2 t white creme de Cacao
1 c heavy cream, whipped chocolate crumb crust
Directions
Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat.
Cool.
Stir in creme de menthe and creme de Cacao, and fold mixture into whipped cream.
Pour into an 8-inch chocolate crumb crust and freeze.
Decorate with whipped cream before serving.
