Grasshopper Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate Cookie Crust | ||
| 32 large marshmallows or 3 cups miniature marshmallows | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup green crème de menthe | ||
| White creme de cacao | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Few drops green food color, if desired | ||
Directions
Prepare crust.
Heat marshmallows and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until marshmallows melt.
Chill until thickened; blend in liqueurs: In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff.
Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream; fold in food color.
Pour into crust.
If desired, sprinkle with grated semisweet chocolate.
Chill at least 3 hours or until set.
