Quick Grasshopper Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Miniature marshmallows | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons creme de cocoa | ||
| 3 tablespoons creme de menthe | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| 9-inch chocolate cookie crumb crust, baked | ||
Directions
Combine marshmallows and milk in large glass bowl.
Cook at MEDIUM 31/2 to 41/2 minutes; stir until smooth.
Stir in creme de cocoa and creme de menthe; chill until mixture mounds slightly.
Fold in whipped cream and turn into prepared crust.
Chill until firm.
