Grasshopper Parfaits Recipe
Ingredients
| Topping | 2 Ounce | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons green creme de menthe | ||
| White creme de cacao | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup coarsely crumbled chocolate chip cookies | ||
Directions
In mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients; mix using low speed of electric mixer.
Beat at high speed about 2 minutes or till soft peaks form; beat 2 minutes more.
Layer mixture into parfait glasses, using about 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs between each layer.
Top with a piece of crumbled cookie.
Chill in freezer till serving time.
Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
