Grapefruit Fluff Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 1-lb. can grapefruit sections | ||
| 1 env. Unflavored gelatin | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 1/2 c. whipped instant dry milk | ||
| Vanilla wafers | 14 | |
Directions
Drain grapefruit sections; reserve syrup.
Blend gela- tin, sugar and 1/2 cup grapefruit syrup; simmer until dissolved, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Chill until thickened, stirring occa- sionally.
Fold gelatin mixture into whipped milk.
Spoon half the mixture into 9-inch pie plate; place vanilla wafers around edge of pie plate.
Spoon grape- fruit sections over gelatin mixture; cover with re- maining gelatin.
Chill until firm.
