 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 1 16 ounce can unsweetened grapefruit segments, chilled
 Catsup1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Prepared horseradish1/4 Teaspoon
 Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
 Lettuce

Directions
