Grapefruit Vodka Sherbet Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups grapefruit juice
2 oz vodka
2 tbsp sugar
Fresh mint leaves
Directions
In a large bowl, mix first 3 ingredients.
Pour into an airtight container.
Freeze 12 hours or until mixture is almost solid.
In a food processor, beat until nearly smooth.
Freeze once more.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
If desired, beat once more for a creamier sherbet.
