Ingredients

 Low-calorie lime-flavored gelatin - 1 3-ounce package
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Grapefruit sections - 1 16-ounce can , drained and diced, reserve liquid
 Nondairy whipped topping - 2 cups

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
2 Combine enough water with the reserved grapefruit liquid to make 1 cup liquid.
3 Gradually stir into the gelatin mixture.
4 Place in the refrigerator and chill until slightly thickened.
5 Gently fold in the whipped topping into the gelatin.
6 Fold in the grapefruit.
7 Equally divide into 6 or 8 individual dishes and chill until firm.

SERVING
8 Serve chilled
