Grapefruit Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1 1/4 cups grapefruit juice
1 grapefruit, sectioned and sections halved
Directions
1. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Gradually add water and grapefruit juice, stirring to blend. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to boiling. Simmer 1 minute.
2. Remove from heat and stir in grapefruit pieces.
